for the Christian Church in Skegness
Heavenly Father, we thank you for calling us in love to be your children
We pray that together we will
grow in love
with your Son Jesus Christ and one another, that together we will
continue to build up the Body of Christ
as we
grow in service,
and that we may be so anointed and inspired by your Holy Spirit that through our love and witness all may at last be gathered into your marvellous kingdom of light, as we continue to
grow in numbers. Amen
Prayer for World Peace
God of peace, you paid for peace for us and for all people for all time. Help us not to demand from others, or from ourselves, the price of peace, but to receive and share your costly peace for your love's sake.
