Tom had been the Youth Club Leader during the 1960’s at what was then Algitha Road Methodist Church
About 15 years ago we held a youth club reunion at which Tom and his wife Grace were guests
Tom preached on ‘Being prepared for the Banquet’ to a number of ‘OLD’ youth club members
After the service, appropriately, we shared fellowship over a buffet lunch
Praise was given to the ladies who put on another marvelous spread
Neil was so overcome with nostalgia that he decided to look on E-bay for a car that reminded him of his youth club days and after much research, here it is!.
Despite a close inspection Neil is his usual optomistic self and feels he may be able to get it through an MOT with a bit of a clean up.
