The annual Christmas Tree Festival was opened by The Mayor, Councillor Neil Pimperton and on display were 24 decorated Christmas trees all illuminated by fairy lights.
In the Community Hall there were various craft and fundraising stalls
As the evenings drew in the magic of the fairy lights was revealed
Although the weather was terrible the organisers still managed to raise the sum of
£575.19
A very big thankyou to all those who worked so hard to make this event successful.
Congratulations to Sue and Amanda Baxter for their tree "A dog is for life not just for Christmas" which was voted as favourite tree by visitors to the Festival
