26th July - Chaplain takes to sea with the
                  Skegness Lifeboat Crew

As the climax of Lifeboat week, dramatic rescues were staged using both the Inshore and Mersey Class Lifeboats.
Rev Ian Bank's was recently appointed as Chaplain to the Skegness Crew who invited him to participate in the days events.
The boat on show, outside the Lifeboat Station.
Ian awaits the launch with just a little trepidation!!
Quite a climb to reach the deck.
On Sunday 27th July a Celebration & Thanksgiving Service was held at Skegness Methodist Church for the work of the RNLI in Skegness.
The Service was conducted by the Rev Ian Banks Chaplain to the Lifeboat Crew.
